Paddels really nicely super smooth. Huge nose so not great for off shore wind. Handles small waves supper well. Super stable... Like walking on the sidewalk. Great nose rider too. Not the fastest thing around and it takes a good bit of effort to turn, but do your self a favor and add this one to the quiver.

I just want to see if I can have as much fun and catch as many waves with a board that will fit in my car, versus the back of my pick-up truck.

Nice board but difficult to catch waves. Not for beginner.

It's a pretty fast board and catches waves decently, but isn't the best noserider I've ridden. This could be because of the speed, it just seems a little difficult to get to the nose with style(crosstepping) but once you get up there it noserides great. It's just a battle with bumpiness and it slipping trying to have a smooth cross step there.

This is my go to board at 2ft+, nose can bury a bit on pitching waves. Changed surftech fins for Takayama fins to help with drive. Fin vibrations have been an issue - loud whining occurs with speed. Noseriding is more difficult with surftech version, however I have trust issues with quality of traditionally made ITP's here, so went to sightedness version. Board pops out sometimes when under pressure or on faster carves in choppier conditions. The ITP is a great design, the surftech version is not as good in critical sections or noseriding, however I can get in the water without getting concerned about quality.

Not sure why the lower maneuverability rating...just takes practice. Been on it for a season and a half (wood veneer version) which is stable, and slightly heavier than the non wood version here. Surfs with speed in everything from knee high summer wind-swell to overhead fall and winter storm swell (east coast). Previous boards were several classic non poly noseriders and other logs. This one is the best of the bunch by far. I'm 180 lbs, and no problems on the nose. Carves amazingly well in head high to a few feet overhead. Haven't had a problem with "bumpiness," but this may have to do with the slightly heavier feel of the wood veneer version. Cheers!
