The saber is slightly narrowerer than most longboards and has a flat rocker. it's 3" thick and paddles great. Its as stable as other longer boards I've had and it's overall shape makes it pretty good, with good to better nose riding abilities. Other reviews say something about it being for larger waves but I generally ride smaller rolling waves usually about waist high and it's ideal. I hope to have it for years and will use it in competitions.
