I've an 8' rides like a shortboard. Fast and maneuverable. The low rocker can be challenging taking off on steep waves if I'm not on my game.

I currently ride a 9'0 Santa Cruz epoxy performance long board. I started on a shorty 20 years ago. Looking to still get good distance per stroke but be able to duck incoming waves with out getting wiped out. I love sharp bottom turns and speed down the line.

Stable, stiff, fast, manoeuvrable for its size. Paddles well, responsive.

Board is difficult to manoeuvre at times, particularly when paddling to catch a wave. Speed is ok.
